Brief historical background, collections and exhibitions of the museum
Status: Private museum.
The Gridin's Intellectual Museum "In the Family Circle" was founded on November 21, 2017. The main director and organizer of the museum is Valentina Ivanovna Gridina.
The museum consists of three exhibition halls. On the second floor, there is the workshop of the mining tailor Pavel Feoktistovich Frolov, the grandfather of Valentina Ivanovna Gridina (Hall No. 1). It features a collection of sewing machines, from the first "Singers" to more modern ones, as well as a reconstruction of a hut with a Russian stove (Hall No. 2), and the Gridins' hall (Hall No. 3), which is furnished with interior items and household objects from the Soviet era.
